  1. Clarifying the motivation – why a client needs coaching and what areas they are looking to tackle. This involves identifying the core issues at play.  
  2. Defining the process – Guy provides insight into how to tackle the issue in question – for  example the secrets to successful sales presentation.
  3. Chunk it down – tackling the building blocks of the skills required. For a sales presentation this could include how to structure the presentation, how to engage individuals, use of body language, how to deal with audience feedback and so on.
  4. Rehearsal – Guy will rehearse the presentation with the client, so they are practiced, have early feedback, and are ready for whatever the event throws at them.  
  5. In the driving seat  – Guy focuses on ensuring the client feels prepared. Before they felt unprepared, now they know they are ready. It makes all the difference.
