The flip side to this negative behaviour is to give the individual a greater sense of control over their life. In reality though, any relief it creates is short-lived and makes the individual feel even more out of control.

The intention as with most negative behaviours is to be positive, during a session we identify realistic and achievable ways to change the behaviour to support the well being of your body.

During a session we go through a process of clearing negative emotions then update and install positive beliefs. We also research and implement new positive methods of dealing with the low times that everyone has from time to time.
