The foundation of inner calm

By far, one of the most common states of mind that people want to improve is their confidence. A general lack of it can affect many areas of life, for most though if one specific area was improved their overall happiness would massively increase.

As with most personal development a specific goal is clarified. By being clear about what exactly you want to achieve often pinpoints the key area(s) of where you feel unconfident. Once identified, an appropriate technique is chosen to facilitate change.
