A testing time

Even though there are now different ways of assessing an individuals potential, exams, whether at school or in the work place, still generate a great deal of anxiety for many.

Anxiety in its simplest form is the fear of failure being projected out to a future time. For some this fear can be all consuming and the results gained, turn out to be no reflection of the individual's true ability.

Whilst the session is no replacement for understanding the content in the first place, assistance can be given for processing the information at a deeper level so that during the exam, it comes naturally and effortlessly to mind.

The session covers preparation and state control. Clients leave clear, focused and optimistic about the whole qualification process.
