Memory
Most people have good memories……
The Recall state
Recalling information is dependant upon the mental state you are in when receiving the information.
For example when someone studies for an exam or presentation in a relaxed state and then becomes stressed or pressured when its time to deliver, their recall of the information suffers. Many people find that they have trouble recalling as opposed to remembering, I make this distinction because when prompted people usually remember what they were trying to think about.
People who really do have bad memories often do not remember what they have forgotten (and most of them don’t care!)
‘As you get older three things happen. The first is your memory goes, and I can't remember the other two.’Sir Norman Wisdom
