Procrastination

The ONLY thing to put off until tomorrow

Is there something that you are incredibly good at putting off, something that fills you with lethargy, everytime you think about it, something that when you finally do completely fills you with relief, even happiness?


Welcome to an unfocused, unclear goal.


This ‘thing’ (what ever it may be), may not be something that you have chosen to do, but you have agreed to do it! You either let the pressure of doing it become more intense until you have no other choice, or get clear and focused about it now, so that the action to achieve it flows easily.

As with most things, there is probably more than one situation you are procrastinating about. During a session we look at stopping all the plates you are spinning that are taking up energy and stopping you from achieving what you really want to. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how your life is going to be better without these distractions and a plan to make this happen easily and methodically in the future.
