Every smoker knows that nobody other than themselves can stop them from smoking. A good practitioner can only assist you to make the change consistent with the rest of your life, in order to make it long lasting. Initially though, you need to decide that you really want to stop!

Once this decision has been made then I can assist, by guiding you to change unconscious belief patterns around; when and why you smoked and health & fitness values.


During the free consultation, we’ll discuss your path to being a non-smoker and book a time to meet. Between then and the appointment I will ask you to complete and return a questionnaire and carry out some tasks to aid your successful transition in being a non-smoker. The more successful in completing the tasks the quicker the change. Often, only 1 session is required.
