Guy’s coaching is always bespoke and flexible. There is no set agenda or method. The starting point is always the individual client, the specific challenge, what needs to be accomplished or changed.
Delivery is flexible too. Individual sessions are usually held in Berkeley Square, Mayfair, although Guy can visit your place of work by arrangement.
Sessions can be booked in a wide variety of ways to suit your schedule:
- Rapid and convenient slots of 90 minutes as an individual session or in packages of five taken over a period of weeks or months.
- Breakthrough day – intense and thorough coaching for individuals who require a longer session, from six to eight hours.
- Telephone sessions – usually for established clients, available when needed most.
