Which technique is right for me?
In the 23 years of studying and applying personal development techniques I have learnt many different processes. Today, I use a combination of different types that include; hypnosis, NLP, coaching and time line therapy with the main intention of utilising the procedure that creates the quickest result.
The chosen technique is dependant upon the type of client and more importantly one that the client is happy to use. Therefore, prior to delivering the technique, I will explain the complete procedure so that the client is prepared for what to expect.
